American Kestrel

An American Kestrel with a vole. Kestrels are really difficult to get a good image of because they will NOT put up with any disturbance at all! This often requires taking the shot from the car window because if you try to get out of the car, they are GONE!

Red-Tail Hawk
Another bird that is not fond of getting its picture taken and will fly at the
slightest noise!

Immature Red-Tailed Hawk

Krider's Red-Tailed Hawk
Krider's is a color variation of the Red-Tailed Hawk and is rare in MN and very rare on this side of the state. First time I have ever seen one! Life-List! Thank you Neva for the spot! It was a long way away!

Sharp Shinned Hawk ... Looking to munch on some of my bird feeder birds!
